Checks When Your Web Page is not Showing

When your web page or whole website is not showing please check the following:

1) Before a new page goes live on your site, you need to click on the ‘Publish’ button:

• Login to your Control Panel
• Click ‘Pages’ -> ‘Edit’
• Find the page that is not showing and click ‘Edit details’
• Click the 'Publish' button

• Click 'Save Changes' to finalize

2) Make sure your website is not put in ‘Under Construction’ mode. This can be controlled here:

• Login to your Control Panel
• Click ‘Settings’
• Click ‘Preferences’
• Switch ‘Under Construction’ to ‘Off’

• Click 'Save changes'

3) This is for new members. If you have just created your account, your website will only go live after you’ve finished the 4 step startup process. During the startup process you will select a template, upload your first images and enter in your first details. Don’t worry about it too much, all the choices you make here can be changed later.
