What to do When Your Subscription Has Been Cancelled

Your subscription can get cancelled for numerous reasons. E.g. if the card you originally paid with expires or when the spending limits are maxed out.

If this happens, then you can make a new payment via your ArtWeb Control Panel using your new card details. This will automatically set up a new subscription for future payments.

**Please note Paypal, Visa and Mastercard protects your details from us so we can't set up a new subscription on your behalf.
